Owners Julia and Jean-Christophe Martin have a long history within the restaurant industry, having met working together in a brasserie in Camden Town, London,back in 1989. Between having their two sons, Maxime and Emile and working in various restaurants throughout the ensuing years, L’Eglise is their first venture together.
The Chef,Henri Leplessis is from Paris and has over 17 years experience working in well established French and modern British restaurants in France including 2 years spent with the famous Marc Veyrat www.marcveyrat.fr/. He has now decided to embrace the quality of life that Hove (and Brighton) has to offer.
